Chuck Pollock

Comcast - Headend Manager

"I always knew I wanted to work in technology when I grew up. I began to invest my time and hobbies in electronics and personal computers. Having completed my A+ certification in high school, I started working for a local PC company, where I built, repaired, and designed computers and networks. Shortly thereafter, I was able to get my foot in the door at AT&T Broadband. I was hired in the spring of 2000 in the Chicago market as an @home technician to install and service broadband internet at blazing fast 1Mbps download speeds!

I never stopped pursuing opportunities to educate myself. I successfully completed formal MCSE and CCNA courses in hopes to land myself in the headend. At that same time, I was also accepted as a student at Purdue University, where I juggled work, a wife, and two little babies, completing my degree in Electrical Engineering. In 2009, I went from installation and service straight into the headend as a headend technician. In January of 2017, I was hired as Headend Manager. I am currently responsible for four teams of headend technicians that span from Indianapolis south through Paducah Kentucky. I am involved in many aspects inside and outside of the headend, serving on various division committees, from employee engagement, to process improvements. I enjoy everything I am involved with and look forward to what lies ahead. "

Travis McGraw

Comcast - Supervisor -  Network Maintenance

Hi I'm Travis McGraw. I am a Network Maintenance Supervisor and very dedicated to my successful career at Comcast. Commitment to excellence, both in terms of customer service and system reliability is foundational. I started my career in the telecommunications in 1999 as an installer and quickly advanced in my career from then with including roles of data, service, and maintenance. In between I have taken many NCTI courses that include honor graduates. I am also a 2016 graduate of the L2L Leadership Program! Daily focus is prioritizing the customer experience being proactive optimizing processes to prevent issues before they arise. Striking that balance is key, especially in a network maintenance role where both technical reliability and customer experience are intertwined. I am a team player and keep close contact with my colleagues regularly discussing ideas and sharing findings creating an environment where everyone can contribute, learn, and support one another. This not only strengthens the team but also ensures that we are all aligned in our goals of delivering top-notch customer service and maintaining system reliability.

Jeremy Latimer

Comcast - Supervisor - Installation & Service

In 2006, I started my career in telecommunications with Comcast in the Greater Chicago Region in the Portage, Indiana office. I had previously worked on building and repairing computers along with setting up computer networks, so I had interest in the industry prior to joining Comcast. I served as a communication technician 10 years, working on residential, commercial and advanced commercial offerings from Comcast before making the leap to leadership. I relocated to Indianapolis for the opportunity, running a team of 10 to 15 technicians as a technical operations supervisor since 2017.

During my tenure I have had the opportunity to run various projects that focused on improving operational efficiency and addressing frontline employee concerns. I love what I do and am grateful I have the opportunity to be a people leader for Comcast in an industry that is always changing and never boring.
I have been a member of the Central Indiana SCTE chapter since 2018 and have recently joined the board as an associate member. I appreciate the training opportunities SCTE provides, the technology I have been introduced to and the opportunity to meet new people across the industry.
