Secretary

I started my career in Telecommunications in 2002 as an Installer for Insight Communications in Kokomo, IN. I really enjoyed the type of work and learned as I went.

In 2007 I accepted a position as a Technical Trainer and enjoyed training and helping others further their career. In 2008, I took a training position with Charter Communications in Greenwood Village, CO as a Technical Trainer and Curriculum Developer. At Charter, I learned a lot about instructional design, learning styles and writing styles. It was a wonderful experience. Two years later, I transitioned to my current position as a Technical Supervisor with Comcast Cable in Indiana. I genuinely enjoy my role with Comcast because it is a great company to work for, and I get to collaborate with great people on a day-to-day basis.

I have been a member of Central Indiana SCTE since 2016 and have had various roles within the chapter. At present, I am on the Board as Secretary. Being a member of the SCTE provides access to innovative technology and training. It has also allowed me to meet so many great people that I otherwise would not have met, and I am very thankful for that.
