   My career spanning 30 years, began as a technician in Michigan, and over the years, I've expanded my role, holding various leadership roles. I’m currently the Senior Director of Field Operations for the Heartland Region, overseeing installation and service operations in Indiana and Kentucky. My leadership philosophy centers on fostering cross-functional collaboration and employee engagement to align our teams' priorities with the company's objectives, consistently achieving outstanding results.

   Throughout my career, I have gained a diverse set of skills, spanning from executive leadership and data analytics to managing compliance and ensuring quality control. I have always enjoy supporting individuals with their careers and in developing and implementing operational strategies that elevate brand distinctiveness and customer satisfaction.
